Phase 1A of the Sewer Main Replacement Project of Delmar, DE
Teal Construction is currently delivering equipment today on N. Pennsylvania Ave. The starting point of this project will be 4th St on Delaware Ave and ending at 8th St. This will create a temporary change of normal parking for our residents & guests. Also, there will be certain area during this project that will not have access. The goal of this project is to replace aging infrastructure. We ask for your patience during this project and request you use caution during construction.
